2022 Railsback Freres 'Roman Ceremony' Cabernet Sauvignon 750mL Mexico and Müller ThurgauClassic notes of black cherry, chocolate, mint and peppercorns with polished tannins. In 2018 the Railsback brothers began making Cabernet Sauvignon with the Murphy family and Dieter Cronje at Presquile Winery and bottled it as a private label for a New York City Michelin starred restaurant. The response was outstanding so in 2020 they contracted additional vineyards to produce just over 1,000 cases. Given that it didnt fit into the Provencal origins
