Started in 1595 at Abbaye Notre Dame de Saint Remy Rochefort in Belgium, the brewery underwent re invention in 1952 with the construction of the Cathedral of Beer. The first beer being brewed in the cathedral being Rochefort 6. Amber in colour with a white head this belgian double is burst forth with notes of red berries and spices all supported by a caramel malt backbone. Best served at 10 12C.
