They specially select 6 different botanicals and use a Vacuum Distillation process which allows the flavours to be enhanced and produces a better Gin

The Wrecking Coast distillery was founded in Tintagel and to create this delightful little tipple they firstly macerate a range of 12 different botanicals into a neutral grain spirit for a minimum of two weeks before they run this through something known as an iStill (computer operated)

This has some obvious notes of Juicy Pink Grapefruit running throughout with lots of Citrusy Zesty notes throughout

Once the Juniper and Citrus notes fade

Penderyn Sherrywood Cask Whisky 70cl a lovely balance of PineyFor this release from the Penderyn team they aged the Whisky in a combination of ex bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry Casks. The result is a Rich and Sweet Whisky with plenty of Red Fruity notes throughout with hints of Oak on the undertone and a touch of Toffee to finish.
