The Wine cask maturation adds a Spicy notes to the Rum which is balanced out from the Tropical Fruits which are brought to the table from said Rum with Pineapple leading the way before Oak and Spice finish off

the production process is carbon neutral and at least one tree is planted for every single bottle sold

It has notes of Sweet Vanilla alongside a Spicy Liquorice running throughout
