Wild Plum Boshi (Salted wild plum) - 90gm FOOD Designed for exceptionally high performanceThis is hand picked wild plums in Hepburn around the Shizuka Ryokan property. Every summer, when it's a season, they are picked by hand. They are best served with a beautifully prepared Japanese breakfast. In the jar, there are three different types of wild plums, the process is the same as Anzuboshi, it is salty, and it has a little bit of stricter skin than Anzuboshi(salted apricots), it's sweeter than Anzuboshi!
