both unpeated Indian Barley and Peated Scottish Barley are distilled and matured separately in American oak barrels for more than four years

The Gin is distilled in a Bain-Marie in the stills of Gentian Salers in a slow distillation method to preserve the flavours and taste of the botanicals used

Doorly's 14 Year Old Rum 70cl This Scapegrace Gin is producedAdding in to the Doorly's range is their 14 Year aged Rum which is produced by the Foursquare Distillery and combines a blend of Column and Pot Still Rums, it spends most of its days inside Bourbon casks before a finish in Madeira casks. Spices galore on this one, kicking us off is some Ginger and Cinnamon before a Madeira Sweetness comes in to play with a Thick Jam like texture alongside before an Oak, Nutmeg and Giger infusion come to finish off.
