In 2016, he launched his own project on just 2. 1 hectares, farmed biodynamically. De Sousa comes from Pinot Noir vines planted in 1949 in Les Lormes, Pommardnamed for the parcel's former owner. The wine is 100% whole cluster fermented with no added SO2, minimal
