soaked in lightly spiced tobacco
with a play of aromas of pear
the wine has a savory nose of red raspberry
with some spice in perfume and some 'X-factor'
Better in two or three years but can age for a long time
Sketchbook Mendocino Collection Cabernet Sauvignon, Mendocino County, USA 2021 Case (6x750ml) Aglianico soaked in lightly spiced tobaccoThis toasty wine highlights caramel, rich red fruits, red currant and black cherry. With its bright acidity, it will be long lived. The wine balances fruit, acidity and dried herbs, with a gravel influence that brings out the red fruits and acidity. It comes from super rocky hillsides with a great exposure. 90 Pts Wine Enthusiast
