Yalumba, 'The Cigar' Cabernet Sauvignon, 2021 In stock in EP/SA grey-slate vineyard that produces ClemensA sleek, modern take on Cabernet from one of Australias most dependable hands. Its refined rather than forceful, showing dark fruit, fine grained tannins and well judged oak that adds shape without overshadowing the fruit. Named after the long, narrow shape of the vineyard parcels, The Cigar is all about line and balance. A confident, polished Cabernet that drinks well now but will reward a few years in bottle.
