MK Pro Black Low D at Practice Aid What would be a C

What would be a C nat note on a D whistle must be played half holed instead of with a cross fingering as the various cross fingerings yield a sharp b7 note

At the time when this flute was made (~1880-1920) makers in Germany were producing very sophisticated flutes like this whose key work is beautifully engineered and whose tuning and bore are quite sophisticated

This is one of those flutes we're tempted to keep for ourselves

Good volume for sessions yet great for solo play as well

Grey doesn’t find this to be quite true
