VINEYARDS & WINEMAKING

Schloss Vollrads Riesling Kabinett Rheingau 2022 750ml Cabernet Sauvignon and violetsWinemaker Notes This Riesling impresses with a full fruity aroma of yellow apples, vineyard peaches and white blossoms. With its well balanced play of sweetness and acidity, this wine is a real pleasure to drink and the right flow. Tastes great on its own or with spicy, hot dishes. A suitable addition to both spicy Asian dishes and mild blue cheese. Well chilled, it also delights as an aperitif.
