You need to like acidity to fully appreciate the samurai sword-like finish at this early stage in its life

A full wine

revealing lovely woody notes

Focused and bright on the palate

Poliziano Asinone 2021 Chateau Ducru-Beaucaillou and a lively finish thatA burly, linear red, with ample blackberry, black cherry and black currant fruit to offset the dense tannins. Vibrant, energetic and balanced, with a long, saturated aftertaste echoing the dark fruit and adding a hint of tobacco. Sangiovese, Colorino and Canaiolo. 94 Pts Wine Spectator
