my mouth is watering just thinking about this wine

but not heavy or overripe

Hansel reduced the crop size by 20%-30% through crop thinning in 2014 because of irregular berry size and improved the level of concentration

yet the flavors remain bright

The blend consists of a heavy dose of Pinot Noir (75%) and the rest Chardonnay

2014 Domaine Saumaize-Michelin "Vignes Blanches" Pouilly-Fuiss̩ my mouth is watering justSexy lemon limey citricity on the nose, complemented by a subtle touch of oak. Boasts lovely citrussy ripeness and density leavened by racy, well integrated acidity. This wine, as well as the other 2014s at this address, has less than one gram of residual sugar. Really spreads out and glistens on the bone dry, energetic finish. (ST)
