Materne & Schmitt - Wunschkind Riesling 2020 (750ml) Brachetto d'Acqui served with 3 ice cubesVery exciting nose with idiosyncratic spice, some fresh tree resin, pine nuts, spruce needles, slightly woody touch, some tart citrus peel underneath, nectarine. Very chic mouth with fine yellow fruit, also here a bit resinous, light sweetness underlay, some netted melon comes through, velvety soft, the acidity is totally mild and gives the wine a cuddly side. As always on the Terrassenmosel, good intensity and rich aromas.
