Description

I can imagine children

ÿ For this composite image I used a sky from the prior night

or it was just too 'messy' with brush and dead trees and branches in the river

The final result makes the icy fingers and toes well worth it

Starlight from the Milky Way highlights the curves of the dunes while a faint aurora glows above

Dusk at the Sand Dunes up close I can imagine childrenThe San Luis Valley is an area of contrasts, emphasized by the soft tones and colors of dusk: desert scrub, a large seasonal lake, the Great Sand Dunes, and behind them the towering Sangre de Cristo mountain range.??
