Hermann J. Wiemer Cabernet Franc, Finger Lakes, USA 2021 Bertrand Machard De Gramont with a balanced acidityFull redcurrant and red plum fruit with delicate spicy character. Very well structured, medium bodied palate that has a nice, velvety mouth feel. Positively crisp finish with some spice and bark complexity. 30% whole cluster. Mostly matured in stainless steel.
