Domaine Alex Moreau - Bernard Moreau et Fils Chassagne-Montrachet Rouge Vieilles Vignes, Cote de Beaune, France 2021 El Reflejo de Mikaela This is a selection ofClassic ruby color. Exceptionally fresh and cool aromas include those of red and dark pinot fruit laced with pepper and newly turned earth wisps. There is fine punch to the delicious middleweight flavors that conclude in a bitter pit fruit inflected and sneaky long finish. This is moderately rustic but not really austere and is a wine that should be approachable young if desired. Drink 2026+.
