Grass Fed Dehesa Beef Tomahawk bundle soft and tenderOur Beef Tomahawk from the Iberian Dehesa comes from native breeds of Iberian cattle, (some actually pre Roman); free range and grass fed adult animals from the pastures in the north of the Iberian peninsula (from regions such as Galicia, Leon, Old Castille and the Basque Country), offering a singular combination of intense flavour, aroma and texture. Amongst the breeds we source are; Rubia gallega, Betizu, Albera, Cachena, Leon, Terrea, Girona (et
